TNT Elite Advisors is a family-founded boutique advisory firm based in Dubai, established by Thomas Kottmann and Nadine Chehabeddine.
We operate through two complementary divisions:
Business Consulting – We provide strategic, concierge-style advisory to family offices, private banks, asset managers, and investment funds looking to establish or expand their presence in the UAE. We equally advise UAE–based institutions seeking strategic, cross-border (Switzerland), or structuring guidance. Our services include project execution, corporate structuring, and governance through board or non-executive mandates.
Real Estate Advisory – Delivering a buy-side, full-service approach for international high-net-worth investors navigating Dubai’s property market. From sourcing opportunities to after-sales management, we act as a trusted local partner ensuring transparency and value at every stage.

Thomas Kottmann
With more than 30 years of experience in international private banking, family office advisory, and cross-border investment consulting, I bring a wealth of expertise to clients navigating complex financial and real estate decisions. Having lived and worked across Switzerland, Portugal, and now the UAE, I combine deep European financial know-how with on-the-ground insight into the dynamic Gulf market.

Yes. We offer company foundation services as a one-stop shop, assessing the best jurisdiction and coordinating the setup. While we’re not legal or tax advisors, we work closely with licensed firms to ensure full compliance.
All fees will be agreed individually within the advisory agreement between TNT and the client.
We usually charge a retainer to initiate the search and due diligence, plus a success fee at completion.
Yes—subject to eligibility and bank policy. We coordinate introductions and documentation; underwriting remains the bank’s decision.
Yes, we operate in compliance with UAE regulations and we do have a RERA license. Details are provided in our engagement letter.
